Susan Baxter, Managing Partner
Susan Baxter is what you might call "whip-smart." She gets it — whatever it is — very quickly. That's why she's ideally suited to lead SIR's strategic consulting practice area. Most of what makes Susan so good at her job is her relentless pursuit of information. She'll ask the who, what, when, where, and how questions (and many others) until she gets what she needs to help our clients.
Susan is also a connector, investing time in several nonprofits in RVA and bringing together people and resources to make things happen. Her early career included a long stint at Procter & Gamble, in their healthcare categories.
Today, Susan helps clients solve business issues, tighten up processes and procedures, and keep focused on what's important in moving the business forward. She does it with grace, humility, and an undeniable passion for getting to the right answer.
Susan has an MBA from the University of Richmond and master's and undergraduate degrees from Penn State University and James Madison University, respectively.
